PRICES
All prices are FOB
our nursery and are subject to change without notice.
TERMS
New Accounts are all cash before shipment unless credit is established.
A deposit may be required. With established credit, payment is due
within 30 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts will be charged 1½%
per month service charge (18% annually).
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all plants are healthy, quality plants. Notice of shortages
or damage must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of stock.
Guarantee of nursery stock is for the amount of purchase price only.
Orders are booked subject to crop conditions, and shall be void in the
event of circumstances beyond our control.
Substitutions
We reserve the
right to substitute one grade size up or down due to seasonal growing
conditions. Substitutions in like varieties and hardiness may be
necessary unless customer requests no substitutions.
